Interpretation of the postoperative knee and shoulder can be challenging because of the variety of surgical techniques. This chapter reviews the normal and abnormal postoperative findings for various types of surgeries on the knee and shoulder. Learn about the details of the original lesion, the surgery performed, the timing of surgery, and expected normal postoperative findings. Also, learn about the common complications of each type of surgery and their appearance on MRI.
