Course Description
Electrical impedance mammography (EIM) is a relatively new method for the diagnosis of mammary diseases that has high sensitivity and specificity to detect breast cancer. These findings support future research in the early detection of breast cancer. EIM is a non-radiation method that may also be used as a screening method for young women with dense breasts and a high risk of developing breast cancer. Very interesting course on this new and exciting technology.
