Course Description
This chapter presents different methods used in mammography to improve the contrast between adipose and glandular tissues to better find cancerous cells. These methods include determining the right energy level for minimum dose and maximum contrast, the use of filters, and the use of contrast agents that accumulate in cancerous cells.
