Course Description
Computed Tomography (CT) remains one of the most important diagnostic tools in medicine today. The developments in Computed Tomography continue to grow rapidly with increasing benefits to patients and clinicians. As CT technology continues to progress, the responsibility of the technologist to optimize image reconstruction, while keeping the radiation dose as low as possible, has never been more important.
This course is designed as an introduction to Computed Tomography for those seeking additional training, and it is a detailed review and reference text for those already in the field. Learn about current information on CT procedures and protocols, 3D CT, image quality and patient care. This course provides a comprehensive review of CT imaging of the head, cerebral vessels, neck, spine, body, pediatric patient as well as a detailed review of quality control.

This was a great refresher for me since I will soon be sitting down for my CT boards!
