Course Description
Coronary artery disease is a major complication of type 2 diabetes. As a result, patients with type 2 diabetes often require coronary angiography and coronary intervention and are at increased risk of contrast-induced nephropathy (CIN). This chapter focuses on patient selection and prevention strategies to reduce CIN.
